M.E.L. is a private-operating organization that supports research and educational programs exploring the integral relationships among body, mind and spirit. The founder is Prof. Dr. Sir Master LUONG MINH DANG who discovered a ‘master key’ that could open the doors to a whole new healing approach. From discoveries made during his thirty years of ongoing study and research in the healing effects of spirituality, Prof. Dr. Luong conceived the principles of a new science that he called “Human and Universal Energy” or HUE.
