RE: Recommendation for the M.D.(T.M.) in Complementary Medicines, Ph.D. and Doctor of Acupuncture Diplomas for Universal Energy students, without writing the thesis.

A fter the completion of the World Congress for Complementary Medicines from November 30, 2002, in Colombo, Sri Lanka, the School of Universal Energy is officially a Department in the Open International University for Complementary Medicines.

On December 03, 2002, I had a meeting with Prof. Dr. Sir Anton Jayasuriya, Chairman of the Open International University for Complementary Medicines and we both have the following decision.

I will review each case from the Universal Energy students, who must complete at least the Level I & II Latent Abilities Seminar or higher, with teaching and healing experience, in order to recommend for this individual to receive the M.D.(T.M.), Ph.D.(T.M.) in Complementary Medicines and Doctor of Acupuncture.

Upon approval, the student who is recommended for the Diploma will be notified in order to complete the administration steps and send photos with cap and gown for M.D., Ph.D., to MEL Headquarters in USA or to the Development of Latent Abilities Institute in Australia, so we can submit to the Open International University for Complementary Medicines to issue the Diplomas for the recommended student. For the students who already have the M.D.(T.M.) from the Open International University for Complementary Medicines, they can submit the application to receive the Ph.D.(T.M.) for me to review.

For all the students who wish to receive the M.D.(T.M.), Ph.D.(T.M.) or Doctor of Acupuncture Diplomas, you need to fill out the Personal Information Form and send it to MEL U.S.A. or MEL Australia for me to review.

This Personal Information Form (must be typed clearly) is for the students who complete Level I & II Latent Abilities Seminar or higher, for Western Medical Doctors who practice Acupuncture (without experience), and for Acupuncturists with at least 5 years experience or more. You submit this form so I can review for you to receive the Diplomas in Complementary Medicines and Acupuncture from the Open International University in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
