Figure 1:

Figure 1:

Effects of Universal Energy (UE) on normal human keratinocytes

Normal human keratinocytes were grown in labteks, only certain labteks were treated with UE by Chakra 6 (C6) once a day. Wells were observed under a light microscope and photographed without any staining. This method enabled only big changes during cell culture to be noticed.

(B) represents cells in a UE-treated well; (A,C,D) represent cells in untreated wells.

This figure shows that no noticeable changes were found after a few days' treatment of cultured normal human keratinocytes.

Figure 2:

Effects of UE on normal human fibroblasts

Normal human fibroblasts were grown in labteks, and the designated labteks received UE treatments by C6 once a day. Cells were stained by H+E for this study.

This figure shows that fibroblasts that received UE treatment (A) grew better, became confluent more rapidly and appeared healthier than the cells which did not receive UE treatment (B).

Figure 3:

Time course study on A-431 epidermal cancer cells treated with UE by C6, once a day

Pictures were taken directly on labtek wells, with a light microscope and without staining.

Untreated cells are in (A). (B,C,D) show the treated wells for 2, 5 and 10 seconds respectively. This figure demonstrates the effects of UE on cancer cell elimination. The effectiveness is time dependent (between 2 and 10 seconds, in this experiment).

Figure 4

Figure 4:

Time course study of A-431 epidermal cancer cells treated with UE by C6, once a day

Cells were stained by H+E for this study.

The wells (A,B,C,D) demonstrate cells treated by UE for 5, 10, 15 and 20 sec. respectively. This figure shows that between 5 and 20 seconds, 20 sec. is the best treatment time in this time course experiment.
