PURPOSE:

T he objective of the School of Human & Universal Energy (HUE) Healing is to provide a program that can promote health in both, physical and mental aspects, through the combined applications of Yoga Meditation, Opening Chakras and Transmission of Universal Energy to all people without the discrimination of sex, race, color, religion, politics, age or physical handicap. The goals of this teaching are:

• To integrate HUE Healing as Complementary and Alternative Medicine, in order to contribute to the scientific and medical fields on the research and study the effects and benefits of HUE.
• To promote a new, practical and feasible concept to find a low-cost and efficient way to provide healthcare services that focus on human consciousness and spiritual development.

With the goals mentioned above, Prof. Dr. Sir Luong Minh Dang has designed a Training Program for the participants to follow through each level to have the Chakras opened and have the opportunity to practice in order to grasp the dynamic and significant benefits of this teaching. The brief outline of each class is listed below.

OUTLINE OF TRAINING COURSES IN UNIVERSAL ENERGY HEALING EFFECTIVE FROM 01/01/2005 TO THE FUTURE

The teaching of Universal Energy Healing has been established for 15 years, from 1989 until 2004, after the Seminar on Applications of the Brain of Prehistoric Man (Level 13++ Seminar) there are 15 Courses in total. To reorganize the entire training program to be more suitable with the current level of Humanity, I rearrange the course structure as follows:

U.E. LEVEL I (BASIC LEVEL): total of 5 Courses from Level 1, 2, 3, 4 to Level 5.

• Focusing on the breathing exercise, mental relaxation, and meditation.
• Studying the functions and locations of the Chakras.
• Using hands to transfer energy to heal others on the Chakras.
• After finishing the Level 1, 2, 3 & 4 Courses the student will have a Certificate of Completion in order to continue on to the next level. After completing all 5 Courses in the Basic Level, the student will receive a Diploma for the U.E. Basic Level.

U.E. LEVEL II (INTERMEDIATE LEVEL): total of 5 Courses from Level 5.1, 5.2, 6, 7 to Level 7 Special.

• Starting to learn about Spirituality at the Intermediate Level 1 (Level 5.1) and the Intermediate Level 2 (Level 5.2).
• Using Chakra 6 for remote healing near or far, for an individual or a group of people.
• Studying and practicing the 3-sided Pyramids in Universal Energy Healing at the Intermediate Level 3 (Level 6).
• Using the small Pyramid for healing, and practicing with the Antenna Model are the programs of the Intermediate Level 4 (Level 7) and the Intermediate Level 5 (Level 7 Special).
• After finishing each Course, the student will have a Certificate of Completion. After completing all 5 Courses in the U.E. Level II, the student will receive a Diploma for the U.E. Intermediate Level.
• Students who graduate the Intermediate Level will have my authorization to teach the Level 1, 2, 3, 4 if they have recommendation letters from the Center's Director.

U.E. LEVEL III (ADVANCED LEVEL): total of 5 Courses from Level 11, 12, 13, 13+ to Level 13++ (Level I, II, III Latent Abilities, Level 13 Supplemental and Seminar on Applications of the Brain of Prehistoric Man).

• Using the Pyramid Mass and Passcode 801.
• Using the Light of the Sun, Light of the Star.
• Studying about the soul of the cell, the soul of living creature.
• Studying about the Light of God's Aura.
• After finishing each Course the student will have a Certificate of Completion. When the student completes all the Courses in the U.E. Level III, he/she will receive the Diploma for the U.E. Advanced Level.
• Students who graduate the Advanced Level will have my authorization to teach from the Level 5.1 up to Level 6 if they have recommendation letters from the Center's Director.

U.E. LEVEL IV (SPECIALIZED LEVEL): students have to graduate the U.E. Advanced Level, which is to complete all 15 Courses in Universal Energy Healing. I will select a number of students and each person will receive an invitation letter to attend the class. I will teach the class in 10 days. Each of the following topics will be discussed in 2 days.

• Psychology & Spirituality: discussion on Handling Fear, answers to Life-Aging-Sickness-Death, perspective of Karma, explanation on Wisdom & Enlightenment. Beside the ability to practice and receive Universal Energy, these students need to reach the state of Enlightenment of the body in order to obtain Wisdom and effectively help themselves, their families and society.
• Life & Death: discussion on Material Life & Spiritual Life, preparing for the Next Journey. Further explanation on the 2 factors - Life and Death that affected and preoccupied many people in the world. If we have a higher level of understanding, we may not need to fight each other to have Life and do not have to fear Death anymore.
• Man & God: One as two, two as one, separation between Human and Divine Knowledge. Further perspectives about God according to the viewpoints of Science and Spirituality.
• Connecting to Divine Guidance: Prayer, Meditation, Self-Awareness. Discussion on the effects and applications of Prayer and Meditation. How can human beings receive the guidance from the Deities and improve their own level of Consciousness.
• Living by God's Will: Discovering your Mission in this life, finding God's will.
• After graduating this Specialized Level, I will select a number of students to give the authorization to open Chakras 100% for the Level 3 and transfer energy for Level 4.

PROGRAMS OF U.E. FACULTY IN UNIVERSITY: students have to graduate the U.E. Advanced Level to meet the requirements to submit the application for M.D.(T.M.), D.Ac. and Ph.D. degrees. When the application is approved, I will send a recommendation letter to the Open International University for Complementary Medicines in Colombo, Sri Lanka to issue the diploma for the candidate.

• M.D.(T.M.) diploma: to meet the requirements each student has to graduate the U.E. Advanced Level with experience in healing or research in Universal Energy Healing. All applications have to be submitted so I can review and decide.
• D.Ac. (Doctor of Acupuncture) diploma: To meet the requirements each student has to graduate the U.E. Advanced Level and has a license to practice Acupuncture or this practitioner is a Medical Doctor.
• Ph.D. (Doctor of Philosophy) diploma: To meet the requirements each student should already received the M.D.(T.M.) diploma.

Prof. Dr. Sir Luong Minh Dang is a researcher and educator with more than 30 years experience in Universal Energy Healing and Yoga Meditation. This school offers an alternative method to promote health. However, regarding a particular health condition we recommend consultation with your physician to find out which is the best method for you. Prof. Dr. Sir Luong Minh Dang is not a licensed medical doctor. Therefore, he will not give you any advise on this matter.
